Education Built Around Your Real Life

Our approach rejects one-size-fits-all meal plans. We map routines, preferences, and local food access — then discuss gradual habit ideas you can adapt through Finnish winters and busy summer schedules. Sessions are lifestyle education, not clinical treatment.

The Four-Phase Framework

Every education programme follows a clear structure, but the content inside each phase is tailored to you. We never ask you to eliminate foods you love — we adjust how, when, and how much you enjoy them.

Phase 1: Discover

We review a typical week of eating, shopping habits, and energy patterns. You keep a simple food diary — photos or notes — so we see reality, not ideals.

Phase 2: Focus

Together we pick one priority: more vegetables at lunch, better hydration, or steadier breakfast protein. One focus keeps momentum high.

Phase 3: Practice

You test small changes for fourteen days. We check in mid-week, troubleshoot obstacles, and adjust portions using Finnish product labels as guides.

Phase 4: Refine

What worked becomes your new default. Then we layer the next improvement. Progress compounds without the burnout of total overhauls.

Conversation, Not Lectures

Sessions feel like a focused chat with a knowledgeable guide. We explain why rye fibre slows digestion, how much protein sits in 100 g of Finnish cottage cheese (roughly 12 g), and which freezer staples save time. You ask questions, share wins, and name barriers honestly.

Sessions are held in English and respect Finnish food culture — karjalanpiirakka can stay on the table if we balance the rest of the day. Cultural foods are not obstacles; they are anchors that make new habits stick.

How long is a typical education programme?
Most clients work with us for eight to twelve weeks. Some continue monthly check-ins afterward. Length depends on your goals and pace — we never rush a phase before habits stabilise.
Are sessions online or in person?
Both are available. Online suits busy schedules; in-person sessions take place near Eerikinkatu in Turku. You can mix formats week to week.
Do you provide meal plans?
We share sample menus and templates for education, not rigid prescriptions or clinical diet orders. You learn to build meals independently using Finnish staples.
Are you a licensed clinic or medical provider?
No. We offer general lifestyle and nutrition education from Turku, Finland. For medical nutrition needs, contact Finnish healthcare services or a licensed dietitian.
